We have three examples of custom made pedestal stands from c.1990 originally built to hold “rack mount” MIDI Expanders such as the Kurzweil EX and others of the period. The one pictured has a storage compartment with a door that opens away from the organ. The Kurzweil has 20 buttons on front which would be at the organist’s left fingertips.
